Sorry, Gg don't know how I posted three times?

We have two boards, one which plot holders can put stuff on and one for the committee to put stuff on.

The committee one has a list of plot holders, emergency numbers, growing guides, dates of garden/flower shows.
  • Ours has the Rules & Regs and a list of dates for the recycling bins to be put out (last year's) and that's about it.

Ours have a list of committee members, rules regarding bonfires and contact numbers for suppliers of manure. Oh & an out of date notice about when the water was turned off in Winter.

The growing guides are monthly lists, I'm the communications officer, it was a new position created this year.

On the back of that I thinking of doing a news letter with regular features like, 'on the track' and 'by the gate'. Also developing our website. Not sure how....

Zoomer that sounds interesting - we get a potting shed news letter that someone writes with the allotment bill  - https://www.southampton.gov.uk/people-places/parks-open-spaces/allotments/potting-shed-gazette.aspx
