True - Verd. Take some more photos from different angles too, and if you see the wall from the house, consider making part of it a good feature for winter.
Re the mowing - never a squiggle....
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....
I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
We've got straight lines near the house which soften out to curves further away from the house ..... they'll soften out even more when I start on the new bed
Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
removed my acer that's got Virmiculum wilt. Day the bins got emptied so I put it straight in although I can't possibly get rid of the soil, planted a pittospernum there, I was thinking of moving it anyways and it's not listed as susecptable.
Geums are safe as are iris and any spikey single leaf plants, but I have a grand rosemary bush and a Lupin Masterpiece close by and they are both in the dodgy list
tidied up a bit out front and planted new shrub in a gap.
tulips are all noses up, all Clematis going crazy except those early ones that are still snoozing, found a few perennials peaking about so happy days mostly
Found half a bag of well rotted manure that had been abandoned down the bottom of the garden. Boy, that stuff stinks when it gets wet!
Planted out the Hostas, Ferns and Pulmonaria in the front garden. That'll hopefully keep the missus of my back for the garden being bare. Randomly bunged the last of the Crocosmia bulbs in the ground before I forgot about them again.
Planted a few of last years Foxgloves in what was the veg raised bed before the frost killed the supposedly fully hardy radishes.

Squiggle is a relative term folks! I don't mean something that would make you dizzy to walk along.

Managed to clear out the greenhouse a bit, between work.
