    Nice young female locum Doc.

She was lovely and very attentive, sympathetic and non patronising/condescending.

    Evening all, morning Pat image

Sounds like your on a reading marathon Pdoc! Have you read John Connolly? Really got into a series of his, charlie Parker series. Quite dark reading but I loved it.

Hosta, I'm guilty of liking a cat nap too and my sleeping always suffers for it! What with the neighbours we have been sleeping with the computer playing entire series to muffle their noise. Its a bit like being read a story...documentaries are great, history ones nice intellectual, monotonous voices...your off in no time!

Muddyfork, love the sound of your holiday! Open road in a camper! Sounds fantastic, hope you have a wonderful time.

Pat, I can't believe you consider morning glory a weed there! You don't want to swap for some dandelion and ground elder do you? image

Runny, I'm intrigued by your magpie observations, you must fill us in!

Topbird, shame about garden club being cancelled! Hope they rebook and bring the plants!

Kef, exactly the same terrain her...boggy and prone to sinking! Think the slow leaking Waterbutt isn't helping.

SGL, thought the Valentine party was cancelled what with Pdoc not well, image didn't want the sub bass woofer to disturb his reading!

Dove, any chance me and hubby can move in with you? You make dinner sound scrummy every night and I was very well brought up...honest guv! image

Well the latest update is that the neighbours are still here...surprise surprise! They are however pretending they aren't by whispering and sitting in the dark, but the fast spin on the washing machine is a dead giveaway! I have text the landlord, up to him now. image

Tune in tomorrow for the next installment of nightmare neighbours next door! image

  • Hosta - Mickfield Hostas is on the road between here and Wonky's place - when you bring your OH up here to Norfolk to visit the Old Vicarage at East Ruston, in order to get home you have to travel past Bressingham Gardens, Mickfield Hostas and Wonky's Award Winning Garden on your way to Beth Chatto's place.

Don't worry - he won't notice he's doing nothing but visit gardens image
