Just had a lovely time catching up here. We were away, then a tree fell on the phone line so I was without Internet or phone for the second half of September so I've let this thread slip and haven't posted any photos from September.
Michaelmas daisies are out, and dahlias. Here are some photos from the end of September, but the garden isn't very tidy, especially from the wind in the storm that blew the tree down. The lawns suffered a lot in the drought this summer.

Well I finally figure out how to post pictures and that doesn't make me feel very bright, it's so simple to do. duh!
My flower beds are just about all put to bed for the winter but I'll start with a few pic from early this summer.
Colloquial term for colchicums. They're sometimes called Naked Ladies too, but I prefer Naked Boys

Michaelmas daises give a lovely late burst of colour BL. I planted a few more this year but a rabbit had six inches off the tops of two plants.
