    Nanniemo - I'm not a lover, but that's superb. It must give you a lot of pleasure  image

    - and it's also a great example of a suitable, sturdy support for climbers  image

    Sorry  Nanniemo - I've just noticed my post has a bit missing - I'm having probs with the mouse. It should have said ' I'm not a ROSE lover'....apologies for my unintentional odd comment! image

    just catching up on all your kind comments, so thank you.image

    This week has been full on making sure we are up together for 30 visitors from the Netherlands coming Saturday to look at the garden, plus plenty of tea and cake.

    nanniemo lovely to see other garden designs and planting combinations,beautiful.

    Thank you Gloves n Wellies, I really can't recall which rose it is. I love roses Fairygirl, I have a rose bed just to the right of the arch with 6 of David Austin's cottage rose in it & 4 other roses dotted around the garden.

    Looks a bit battered now though after all the rain we have had since i took those pictures.
