Lovely tulips LF - they'll be a great combo in spring. I've always loved the parrot ones but avoid them as I think our weather would probably wreck them most years. There are some stunning colours in that type though.

nutcutlet, I found a Goldfinch nest in my laurel hedge the other year, they must like laurel?
