Holy c**p on a cracker! Why do you visit gardens? I would visit yours quite happily! That's amazing chicky! You've certainly made the most of your slope?
Lovely photos, super planting and very healthy looking plants!!!
i check back year to year and we are a out two weeks behind, I was hoping The Rector and Pauls Himalayan woukd be out for our photo shoot last week but just a few May gold left and a few Pilgrim and Compassion. This time last year things were much further on
Hiwever, today I cut my first ever cucumber! Never done them before , going to taste it tonight!
Weeds are flowers, too, once you get to know them.” A A Milne
My white broom was slightly later and I still had daffs in flower in June that wouldn't normally have been, but I think as the season goes on, things level out. Think the lack of rain in April and May has been a big factor as much as anything here. For my garden anyway. Depends on the type of planting too I expect.
Enjoy that cucumber - don't eat it all at once now...
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....
I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...

Gorgeous gardens everyone...
Wish I had more space...
And here are a few other good bits
That last one is bumblies sheltering in a rain shower

Oh chicky - the bumblies
Think they'd need their waterproof trousies here today!
Although the magpies have been out. Young 'un with Mum/Dad. Quite funny, but they've eaten my bdooly strawberries ...

so I've caged the other lot and foiled them
Looking very lush - and nice to see Mr C's lovely handiwork there. Particularly like the 'gate' pic - leading you on to more beyond...

The long border is coming on and the wall that was redone last year should be covering up
new planting coming on and sweet peas planted to help cover some space

I love those walls LP
