Still raining very heavy here Marion and getting a bit waterlogged on the roads and looks like there's more to come tomorrow, loving your spring display Marion lovely : )
runnybeak my greenhiuse thermometer says 12 degrees outside. I live about half a mile away from Marion
my garden and allotment are waterlogged and we've been battling flooding in the chicken run for the last few days all I have managed to do in my garden recently is cut the dead lower leaves from my big cordyline. All of my cordylines, palms and olive trees are still outside. They should have gone in the greenhouse in October/November time
Hello , started raining at about 12-00 and hadn't stopped
Managed to pop up allottment first thing , unfortunately got a message that all the sheds on the site had been broken into , however , this time it was thiefs , other that locks broken nothing take
looking forward to watching War & Peace on BBC tonight
Probably too small to give you any flowers this year, flumpy. I have not bought anything from T&M for a very long time as the service was so poor - often wrong plants sent or dead ones or died in the post. My favourite supplier resumes sending offers by email tomorrow after the break - Secret Gardening Club . They collect remainder plants at end of season from good suppliers up and down the country and they are delivered P&P free at a very low price within five days Often it is overspill from Chelsea and such like so the plants are topnotch. Members get an email of offers every week. Looking forward to tomorrow.
Same to you Mollis! My goodness Pat, Your picture looks like a recipe for erosion. Do show us a picture of it with plants growing on the hill. Bristol has a yellow warning from the Met. office till 12 noon tomorrow for rain. I have overflowing waterbutts everywhere in the garden. It is still mild for this time of year though so no heating needed yet in the house. Fuel bills should be down this year.

Lovely to see a new thread from you Marion
I really enjoyed your enthusiasm and lovely photos last year.
Happy Gardening and a Happy New Year.
What a difference a day makes. Dry as anything one day, running down the hill the next.
