Here's Stanley settling into his new home last spring
We also got Henry the Heron at a reduced price because we bought the stag, its true what they say an ornamental Heron really does deter the real thing for the first time in two years I've actually seen my fish!! and oh dear they've certainly been busy we started off with 10 and this is only a small percentage of what's in there now
Hi Kathy, I have never heard of any garden shows over here but I had put it in to google and I have found one but it's not just flowers it other things aswell, I was thinking about coming over and going to the chelsea flower show but someone told me that it was very expensive, Might try the one I found on google, but that won't be till next year. Congrats on 28 years of marriage, It was mine and Hubbies anniversary yesterday, that was our 20th, My how the time goes.
I love Stanley and Henry they look really great, Yes I think you are right that your fish have been busy,. Super flowers again, I like the colour on the first one.
Aaaaw congratulations on your wedding anniversay Lorna, yes time goes so quickly our eldest daughters thinking of starting a family of her own soon, eeeek I'd be a granny
Chelsea is one I would love to go to too
A couple from the Siloam series of daylilies today, there are sooo many of these all mini flowered, I only have 3.
Hello Kathy and others. I love the deer and heron. It's given me some ideas for something around our place, although I've not seen anything remotely like yours.
That photo of Starmans Quest is a little bit like my older Hemerocallis but mine is not as big. I'm eager for mine to start to flower so that I can show you.
Thanks Lorna and Pat , a very clever Zimbabwe man made the Stag and Heron in his spare time, giraffes and other things too, oh to have that talent.
Maybe 'Trahylta' Pat? that's an older variety that's used a lot in breeding as it passes on that lovely pattern to its offspring, and its the pod parent to 'Starman's Quest' here's my picture of it
Hello all, I've just been given some day lilies , should I plant them out now or in spring? No idea of colours - will be a nice surprise next year for me
Hi Flora rosa, Kathy will be able to answer that question, I don't think there is anything she can't answer about Daylilies, She is educating me and I know nothing about them, but her range of Daylilies are stunning.
It's the perfect time for planting them out Flora rosa, just give them the sunniest spot you can although they will take some shade and don't plant to deeply just level with were the roots meet the leaves, to deeply can prevent flowering, look forward to seeing yours flowering

No, that's not it. I don't know why I keep trying to guess it. I'll just have to be patient.
