Things you do that annoy yourself...

in Talkback
Afternoon!
I was wondering if any of you, like me, have recently done something in the garden that has made you annoyed at yourself.
For example I was dead heading the Foxgloves then as you do, put the off cuts in the compost bin.
However I forgot to keep the one spike from the only Peach one I have to collect the seed from (even though I reminded myself to do so multiple times) and now it seems to have vanished into thin air from the compost bin!
(I know I can buy the seeds but that isn't the point ... ) lol
I can't be the only one to do things like this lol

Put my trowels down somewhere, forgot where I put them
I find them eventually
I'm forever planting something then deciding it would look better somewhere else. A few of my poor plants have been moved several times and some didn't like it
Over enthusiastic weeding with the Wolf Garten push pull weeder. I often get a precious plant. Oops.
I am in BIG trouble with OH! He just put new connectors on the hose, I was in a hurry to leave here on Friday, (Daughters BF Birthday) I had made the cake, left here at 12, after carefully watering garden, apparently, I left the water on, the hose burst!!! Of course am annoyed, with myself. All that wasted water - not to mention the hose, I said NOT to mention the hose!!!
Going on a hard pruning bonanza and regretting it.....a lot
Wading in to prune something at the back of the border, being so careful not to stand on the wee special things, putting my hand in pocket for secateurs.... they are still on the lawn where I was kneeling and noticed the rose needed pruned
The trouble is I keep doing it!!!
I annoy myself constantly NGCARDS - don't even have to go out in the garden to do it either ..

I spend ages deciding where a plant will go. Eventually plant it, and two weeks (or less) later, decide it's all wrong and start again
I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
