I'm definitely staying indoors until this is over, brr.
Im sitting here in the office with the lights on and on the thermometer on the wall in the garden I can see that the temperature outside has dropped to 12 degrees!
And a climbing rose has just come off its support and is being blown across the window.
Had about 50mm in the last week, 3/4 of which came down Sunday night. Much needed here (Leics)! Can do without the low temperatures though - squashes and melons not setting too well - will be lucky to get one fruit off each plant this year I reckon.
A trowel in the hand is worth a thousand lost under a bush.

Wow Kleipieper that does sound scary. Stay safe and I hope your house and garden remain unscathed.
I don't like wind either Kleipieper
we had 20mm rain in the pot this morning. Not bad for us. You wouldn't believe how dry some parts of the garden are in spite of that.
And I've watered the toms Fishy
