Here's my seedings outside getting watered. When its time for repotting do the leggy seedlings like marigold and cosmos get repotted up to the shoulders or not ? Ohhh cant see the symbol to upload photos on my phone (scratching head) i can see how to do it from my chromebook but not from my smartphone where my photos are, can anyone help with doing it this way please?
