Wow, Kitty! You have some work ahead of you, it seems! Looks like hundreds and hundreds of seedlings for pricking out. Got lots of window ledges, have you? Or an empty greenhouse? I don't have any window ledges in our log cabin, but do have a (now full) greenhouse. Your garden should be beautiful this year when all those plants are flowering. Hope you will show us.
They are only half size trays One of seven. I use all the windowsills in my conservatory and a coverless 4 tier cheapo growhouse just as shelving in there as well.
I also have 6 types of sweet peas in loo rolls held in supermarket mushroom trays, another 5 of the same with "alderman" eating peas all coming along nicely.
Windowsill propagators with 2 varieties of tomato, cucumber, sweet peppers and hot peppers. These were only sown on Monday so not much to look at.
All are looking fab!! I have now potted up my Lobelia into its final pots... but they look a bit tender so very unsure if they will pull through their transplant...
Pepper seeding is still looking ok...i think
I sowed Foxglove seeds which have just germinated today but there seems to be alot of "hair" like structure growing... is this part of the seeds or do i have a fungus?
I received my Tomato Plugs so they have been potted but now unsure of what they need done to them so started a thread for answers
heres a few photos of them all
Any thoughts about anything of the above would be great
Hi Lucy - in my limited experience as a gardener, the hair-like structures on the foxgloves are definitely not part of the seedling. I'd put the whole tray somewhere where it will get plenty of air and ventilation. Fungus thrives in moist conditions.
I have just re potted my sweet pea in individual pots, put them out in sunshine as its hot, watered them, now they are droopy anyone know why? I have moved them over to the shade, but other sweet peas are basking away enjoying the sun?
I did put wire round them onto canes but not tight? They are all droopy now hope i havent lost them.

Daughters are a joy, aren't they? And so useful!
Great Kitty - on the pics and on the seeds. I'm growing Little Leo as well, hope they live up to the name -'Little'

Thanks Matty, I've surprised myself this afternoon with the uploading, bit of a technophobe.
18" sounds just about right for little leo but will probably be taller. Last year my 90cm (according to the packet) cleome was nearly 5ft tall.

After some googling that appears to be a species of mold Lucy.
