chicky-i hope flames will be as good for you as it has been for me. however, after watching it open up the last few days my new fave is double bloody mary. anyone who likes red flowers, great foliage and a lovely shape will like this one.
are they a pain to keep in shape? box is one of those things that doesn't like nevada. we have had a week of cool, damp, cloudy weather with at least another week still to come. very undeserty and the garden thinks it has moved to england. bowl of beauty is a little bent down by the rain but still a beauty.
Hi - just thought I'd share some pics of our log cabin (just to be used as a fancy shed really) which we back-breakingly erected at the weekend! Still have got to finish painting it and fitting the doors & windows but its getting there!
Just had a quick catch up, not finished yet, bedtime, but what fabulous photos of beautiful gardens you've all been sending. Look forward to looking in more detail.
Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.
What fabulous photos, everyone. Finally going to risk a few of my own. We've made some progress with our neglected garden project over the last 2 years. Lots more to do over the next few years.
New path and one side of patio completed. Other side still to be finished.

This is one of my favourite threads, but I've been so busy opening my garden http://www.gardenersworld.com/forum/talkback/busy-lizzies-open-garden/710298.html and before that I went to the Malvern Spring Show that I haven't had time to look here.
