Cut all my group 3 Clematis back now, couple of deciduous shrubs need re-positioning and the tricky task of deciding where some riotous perennials should get housed when the time comes plays on my mind. I'm not one for sling-it-anywhere, praise be to those that are, for me it's all about getting it right before that optimum window is gone
