That yellow dahlia was sent to me by my fb friend who got the silver medal last year for the most points in the dahlia competitions in the whole country! The pink cosmos was grown from seed by my friend and brought to me as large plants. What with presents, exchanges and my own sowings and cuttings it is no wonder my half acre is packed with plants - a mini botanic garden some people call it
