Awww Ty Forester2 - I have had such a lot of practise  my mother put me on the stage at 11 and i had seven children and seven grandchildren to entertain!  Entertaining myself has never been difficult as I am a born scientist - curiosity may kill the cat but not us.

Oh such a dreary day.  The sun shines intermittently but you cannot trust it.  As soon as you don coat and boots the sky has blackened and the icy rain starts again.  Ah well there are things to do in the conservatory.

A much better day today.  It is 5 degrees already and bright and dry so out in the garden shortly as there does not seem to be any wind.

Such a lovely day for gardening.  I attacked next door's laurel hedge which has stolen about six feet from my border with gusto and it was a whole hour before I breathlessly substitutesd my camera for my secateurs thanks to the Digoxen my doctor put me on for my arrythmia of my heart yesterday.  Last week a half hour was the limit before I had to take a break!  I like that kind of magic!  The garden is more beautiful still now the daffodils and botanical crocuses are opening in the slate scree.

Hi Marion it's been sunshine and dry for the last two days here, when I watched the weather it looked like rain.

Marion you've done it again with your gorgeouse flowers image The first photo, the two flowers look like two fried eggs image.

is it the right time to sow my sweet pea seeds ? Or is it too early?, I'm itching to get going image

Sow your sweet peas after soaking in warm water, five to a 9cm. pot and grow them indoors for now, flumpy 1.  Those botanical crocuses are very tiny but perfect and pure white.petals.
