Hi everyone hope your all well, just been trying to catch up with your forum.
Marion I can see by your lovely photos you've been busy in your garden and plenty potting up, I see you are preparing for next spring too, these years just go to fast.
Pat I hope you get well soon, if it carries on get to the doctors chuck.
i picked my first Radish today so I'm going to send you a few photos as it's the first time I have grown them
Enjoy your radishes in the eating as much as you have in the growing of them flumpy! GWRS that "Building is an old caravan which housed my artist studio once as it has a large end window that faces north but now has only the children's snooker table in it which took up too much room in the lounge. Lots of visitors today so up early to do some baking. Lovely weather here so hope it is the same for all of you and you havea great gardening day.
I hope you enjoy the radishes Flumpy. Are you having a weekend off? You must really appreciate the free time. I picked some more broccolini heads this afternoon. They we're so lovely and tender last time, that I'm really looking forward to them again.
Are you and Marion planning to have a look at the special moon? I'm hoping to see some photos from everyone in UK. We are expecting it as well, but inevitably the clouds will block it or my silly camera will let off the flash and muck it up.
Morning all I'm excited because there's not a cloud in the sky, so where going to Rivington today, so where gonna enjoy a good walk, talk and a nice meal and the end .
Marion hope your day goes well with your visitors and Happy Baking
Pat, yes it's my weekend off, it was mad busy last week so going to make the most of it today and take some photos to show you all , hope your feeling better today.
The scones were scrumptious flumpy and I had a lovely time with my fb friends in the warm sunshine in the Botanic Garden and up my own garden. The friend from Pittsburgh brought me some of her delicious home-made grapefruit jelly and a very pretty needlepoint decoration for the conservatory (too lovely to risk in the garden. I must take its picture - such a lot of intricate work. I was soaking up herbal lore as they wandered round listening in to their conversations. One son arrived at two and worked till six on the front garden. I have a really neat drive now.
Awe that's lovely Marion glad you had a nice time, the weather has been lovely and still is, wish I was off next week, when a get on my iPad later I will send you some photos : )
