Morning all, especially David I haven't been around and missed this new thread, I have also forgotten to sow my seeds but seen as it has been very mild here. I think they would have grown too quick anyway so probably just as well that I forgot. Anyway, I'm going to sow them today.....all Eagle seeds
Then I'll put them on the nice warm windowsill like I did last year David {{ runs to take cover }} x
I agree, conditions is still warm enough to sow....'windowsill' I know you will, but boot-camp as soon as they start to show. At least they'll be spared the garage this year.
I was speaking to Jenny (Mrs Eagle) recently, she told me about some of the after sales queries they get. A lady recently contacted them saying 'I've sown my sweet peas three weeks ago and put them in the airing cupboard....they are now 10 inches tall, what do I do now?'
I am going to sow mine this week not done it yet either been busy - with go into the plastic gh for now, then when the cold frame is built go in to there, lid sorted just got to do the rest need less rain out
Well done, Gardengirl.....germination at this time of year will be slow, probably three weeks or so at least. Hope you remembered to cover them with several thicknesses of newspaper - I cover mine with a sheet of glass and newspaper.
