As if losing your Dad isn't enough Fidget...then this happens. Thinking of you at such a difficult time.

Mrs F having bleeding from the bowel. The last time this happened she had umpteen blood transfusions. Thankfully we're registered with a different hospital but an operation we can do without right now.

    That is truly appalling Fidget...

If you can possibly manage it (& I do understand how difficult it can be) - please try to concentrate on good memories and positive thoughts around your father and try not to let these terrible experiences dominate & colour your memories of your last days with him.

It sounds as though this hospital has many questions to answer & issues to deal with but, for now, you need to look after yourself & those close to you.

Best wishes to you and yours.

Thoughts and prayers with FB and Mrs Fishy. I hope she is not in too much discomfort.

Many thanks to you all for your very kind words and thoughts. It seems to have stopped so fingers crossed. It really is like living on a knife edge though sometimes.
