I'm sure Dove's too sensible to want to be PM. Can't understand why anyone wants to be PM.

I have a quick look but not posting much.  I seem to be running around like a headless chicken, juggling some work, with lots of motorway, hospital , and making sure mums all right. Tonight I left my mobile at work,so tomorrow i have to do shopping, pick up mobile, go to mums, stock up her freezer, go to hospital, etc etc. As each visit means I strip completely and have all clean clothes,(trying to reduce infection risk after last weeks palava) and no time to sort washing, the dirty washing mountain is building up.  Dad pulled out a drip today, and wont wear the oxygen mask,so a nasal cannula is being used for oxygen.  He wants to come home, the hospital says when he drinks and eats, and still he wont.Although he is getting weaker by the day. He will be lucky to see his 85th Birthday next week, although I think that is his final goal.

Nothing happening in the garden,I still have two ton of oak leaves to rake up. Four weeks since I got back from holiday. It seems like a lifetime ago.

I sympathise fidget.  Such a stressful time for you.  Wish I was closer and could help with the washing and shopping.  Don't worry about the leaves.  Nature sorts it. Hugs.

As lesley said, forget the leaves.

I wish I could help you as well, I know a bit about how you must be feeling. At least I have both my parents under the same roof as me. My washing machine is on everyday, most times twice, never ending round of sheets and underwear. The days when they are cantankarous are the worst, sounds like your dad is doing that now! I am sure you are feeling very frustrated, thats how I feel, if only they would be advised.

I am able to get out in the garden for brief spells, if you can just try to overlook the work out side, and I do know that is hard, but everything will sort itself out eventually.

Do you have anyone who might rake the leaves for you,  my daughter is coming up this Saturday to help.
