I Still have not received my order sent on the 31/01/17 to be told our policy is that we have to give 28 days before we take action strange they don't say that when you are placing your order i AM still waiting for a reply to THREE emails very poor customer service
This is right, sadly we are experiencing a delay with International orders in transit but we are looking into what is causing the delay. If you would like to provide me with your order number I will be happy to look into this for you

No complaints regarding seeds at all, delivery is always very prompt.
Got a fair few petunias and fushias on order for delivery April time, will report how they arrive.

I do have one bit of feedback regarding the website tho, (and not the perfomance issues of late
)
when selecting seed would it be possible to either sort by number of seeds OR have number of seeds per packet as a filter on the left hand side.

bizzarely its the opposite, with growing so many types sometimes I`m looking for something new but only want 10-15 seeds
O I see! I totally understand, you don't want to grow something and discover it's not for you then you have 200 seeds left over

try ringing, everytime I`ve rang I`ve found them very helpful.
28 days now passed so they must take action surely.

Thank you for your reply i was told last week that i was refunded ? it shows that one dept is not talking to the others that is the problem with T&M
