Having the same issues. Purchased a pack of sunflowers seeds. Packet said average 12 seeds. Got 4 usable, the others were crushed beyond recognition and discarded. Mailed TM but had no reply, mailed again and still no response. Poor first experience with what i thought was a reputable firm. As a newbie to this wonderful world of gardening i wish i have learnt a not too costly mistake this time.

seems the only way to get them to reply is embarrassing them on facebook with your query but it works as everyone sees it.

I bought some giant sunflower seeds at asda in the foreign dry food isle is 60p and they are sprouting, the seeds are huge.

Thanks sanjy67, I started with a link to them on Twitter, vainly hoping for a response!

I ordered from them for the first time a couple of months ago. 2 of the plants sent looked particularly unhealthy. I emailed them on 22 May & again today but still haven't recieved a response. As I said, hadn't used them before needless to say won't be bothering again! Will try social media but don't hold out much hope

I ordered an offer from them for 30 lavender plants just pay postage, for 'garden ready plants' and they actually turned out to be posti plugs I wasn't very happy about that but they looked ok they were a bit limp so watered them and I have just potted them on and about 40% of them have died. image

Im still waiting for my lavender plants, they say they are on order.

  • Received a mixed order of live plants, some of which were dead on arrival. I emailed a complaint through, including photographs and my order number.

I got a response acknowledging my complaint and asking for my order number......... image

I emailed my order number back again, but no further communication has been received and all subsequent communications have been ignored.

Abysmal service, but the great thing is, you don't have to put up with it. There are plenty of other companies out there who are delighted to accept your business!

Trust me that will be the last I order from them as, I'm still not happy with my lavender and still waiting for an e-mail back from them it is taking forever! Apparently it is because of high demand! hmmm, not happy!!
