Fruitcake I got a kneeler from Lidl like those nice thick ones, I also have the memory foam knee pads which are great to get up and bend down any where
Hi all, back from my break, glad to see you all getting on well. Had a few long sessions at the plot. Poly tunnel fit to burst with stuff growing, spuds are all showing leaves and the beetroot, carrots, turnips and beans are all doing well. Had to re pot some of the toms as they are getting big. Looking forward to getting more planted in the ground now.
The people on the plot next to me have managed to get some more space from the lady adjoining them and are making a good job of cultivating it, even the chap next to me has upped his game and dug his patch over. The only one letting the site down is right above me, still have'nt heard from the council to see if he is still renting it or not. I would love to take his plot on, but might have to wait if there is still a long list. In the meantime I try to ignore the mess and weeds
