Hi Marion, your pink flowers look lovely, they look like butterfliesimage, the bottom photo, my dad gave me the same plant, he has them in the front garden too.

the weather went grey here but stayed dry so I was able to cut my lawn and planted two of my Curley Kale, I put them next to the chives and flowers, I've got ten more in the green house, think I will have to give some to my dad as he as a large veg patch image.

wich garden are you going to see on the 14th ?

Upton House near Banbury and another garden in Warwick flumpy1.  i have pink cyclamen in various shades and white ones too all over the garden as they are a favourite.  In the winter i have cyclamen coum and in the spring several other species.  so glad your kale is going out in the garden.

  • Such a dull Monday morning and drizzly but not cold.  The scaffolding is due tomorrow so had to move a few pots around.  Weather is forecast to keep improving from now on so roofers should be able to get job done on Wednesday.  I did manage to empty two pots of spent tomatoes earlier and two two pots of pelargoniuma into the conservatory.  By the amount of buds still to develop looks like I have months of colour left to enjoy from them.  The six kinds of perennials we had to sow for Mr. F. yesterday are safely ensconced there too.

  • Five weeks after the judging the result came in the post.  No improvement on last year but they did come early and it looks fab now!

  • A splendid day for the scaffolding people.  Bright sunshine already and blue skies.  I will try to get my daily chores done in the garden before they come.  The tomatoes in tomato avenue are dwindling and the conservatory is getting colourful a I bring in my tender plants.  The four big aoniums look good when they come in but they are fine outside for a month or so.  Luckily they do well in smallish pots or I would be exhausted lugging them about.  This week looks great for harvesting in the dry.  I will try to make a start to the bulb planting too.

  • Wow Marian, all those lovely pears, you could set up a stall.

Well done too for winning bronze, you have a beautiful garden.

Lovely pictures, thank you for sharing.

  • Scaffolding up and i think it must be the prettiest scaffolding ever.

Glad to see your scaffolding is up now, it probably won't take them long now image, I bet you've been enjoying harvesting this week in the nice weather, been checking the two curly kales in my border and they look a lot stronger already, thanks Marion for your good advice again image
