Another good weekend for gardening in Bristol is promised. I shall continue with my weeding and plant another of my freebie lavender bushes. The last two are too big for any of my pots so will have to go in one of the borders. I will be able to move the ones around in the pots in the potager to attract bees to crops that need them. I still have pricking out of perennials to do as well but need to get pansies planted outside to make room so will start hardening the pansies up by bringing them out for today and bringing back inside tonight. They have such interesting little faces I do hope they trail and flower profusely.
Good morning, Beaus Mum. I love the last one. It is such a cool blue. Off to make scones before I go out in the garden to tackle quite a few jobs as it is the weekend when you do not know who will drop in for tea.
Whacked now but a lot of work done and a cup of coffee will soon put me right. The sun is out and glinting on the lovely autumn colours on my acers and azaleas and the fuchsias are still flowering well. Must take my camera up.
