    Black & white, super!

    Thank you, DD.

Monochrome is getting very popular again....odd, when us that remembered it first time around were so delighted when we could shoot in colour.

Fraid I couldn't see your Cranes, but the autumn tints were lovely.

I love them both but the monochrome makes you feel colder image

  • Morning, KEF...I agree, adds a little bleakness to the shot, although in fact it was a beautiful, cold, crisp, sunny morning.

    The Monochrome is cool.

I can see the cranes DD if i click on the pic and enlarge it. There must have been hundreds of them. Not sure about the UFO on the left!image

Did enlarge, Edd, second attempt does reveal them, albeit rather like a fine pencil line.

Snapped these shots yesterday, just wondered if colour (is autumn tints) or b&w are best in this case?

Just another tweak that I thought may work.

David sorry I can't enlarge the black & white correctly it shows tree canopy and just keeps running & running. The Autumn shades will enlarge.

Think I'd have to say Autumn hints in colour is best, but I am a lover of black & white.

  • Thanks, KEF.....would have to resize file to sort that out, you may be able to view by clicking more than once (not double click)....I tend to agree, autumn tints are autumn tints. image

    Got it !

I do prefer the colour picture. With my vast knowledge of photography image I think there is too much in the picture for black and white to look spectacular...I'll get my coat image

You'll stay just as you are! Many thanks. image
