    Horses have neat feet now.

Dove, I hope the bank sorts your son's account quickly. Scary.

Mrs. Garden, Spirea "Bridal Wreath" is bigger than spirea "Snowmound". They have arching stems of sprays of tiny white flowers and slender leaves. Exochorda "The Bride" has bigger flowers and rounder leaves.

Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.

BL - I used to love doing the horses' feet, and the sheeps' and goats'  - somehow very therapeutic - I wouldn't want to do humans' feet though!!!

OL - and the fact that he's been using his card in England several times a day for the past goodness knows how long - and of course they could check his mobile phone records too!!!

And guess what!  A friend on my Foodie Forum who lives in Cyprus says the Burger King in Nicosia closed down a couple of years ago!!!  Obviously someone still has the card machine!!!!!!  Have we uncovered major international criminals??? image

Even worse Dove, what a shame but I'm just glad that it wasn't more....your poor son image Fingers crossed it gets sorted ((hugs)).

Right, must get some work done.....the sun that is now shining is not motivating me to do admin and report typing!!!

Mrs G - the CV was just for a.n.other job not a dream job alas.

Hope your son gets sorted out Dove.

Partner called me this morning on his way to work to say a dog had been left caged at the gates of the local animal sanctuary which wasn't yet open. Some people are so disgusting with their behaviour they didn't even leave it with any water. It was not a young dog it must have been a loving pet for someone. I managed to get through on a number I'd found to someone on another part of the charity who assured me the team would be starting work soon but I still scuttled over with water and a blanket to make some shade just in case I got there first. Can't stop thinking about the poor thing! I've been back with a huge bag of dog treats - I think more for my sanity!

Need a cheer up? Who thought it'd be a good idea to have a telephone appointment with your gp regarding your hearing? "So you're having problems with?" "Sorry what?"

Ha ha Clari that's funny image Not so funny about the dog though and I would do the same as you, I'm a softy when it comes to animals.

Oh it gets better! Following my face to face appointment with the doctor he's booked a secondary hearing test (Monday) and promises to CALL ME the moment he gets the results! image

Two hearing tests in two weeks. This growing old is hard work!

Well done that rose! Looks great Dove, well done to you too. Hope son gets his money back from bank, less likely the crim will be caught I suppose.

I'm guessing the bridal bush is spirea simply because it's smaller than KEFs exochordia. Scientific eh? Oh and because of verd & BLs replies image

Must do HW. Must fetch mum over. Must plan tea. Then take mum home. When does that leave garden time? Just as well I'm quite content with it ATM, nothing I urgently want to do, new project to think about though. Oh and 'my label says'  I've sown evening primrose seeds, not so keen expecting yellow flowers but they've turned out to be pink! image Just as well it's not yet planted out cos Mr.Google tells me it's not as tall as the usual ones.???
