Sorry Steve - you're in the wrong job - everyone will recognise you from your photo.

Hmm, yes, there is that.  Still, I've given that up now as (a) it's to complicated for my little brain to cope with (b) it doesnt pay well enough and (c) my glasses prescription is too complicated for the students (when it is them) to cope with.

    Afternoon all image

What a lovely day it has been today image Soz for those with no sun, have been very greedy with it and kept it all day image

Well, last night was exciting. Next doors gazebo decided to take flight and landed in my garden squashing my rather rickety arch image. I fear it is now beyond repair image They did offer to replace it but think I will try to persuade Pa Panda to help me make a new one from wood whilst leaving the bits of metal with plants attached in place. Wish me luck image Will have to wait till he comes back from hols though. Just hope the Doves don't try to sit on it image (not you though Dove, far too much sense!)

Off to bingo tonight. Fingers crossed for a win image

Verd - that's a shocker. Nearly as bad as my giraffe one the other day image

What's Abbeydore like Verd? Save me looking it up...image I'll be replacing some Autumn joy ones later this year.

It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...

Turned out all right in the end, even had a bit of sun.

Had just finishrd tidying the house when the cleaner came and moved everything. Why do they do that?

Dug some big holes for my Cannas, but they are still intheir pots as I am not sure they are quite right yet. The hot border is the most fiddly, as it is all tender stuff, so its layout changes every year.

glad you had a good holiday Stacey.

Good luck with that cv. Mrs G.

Off to cook tea, see you later.

How can you lie there and think of England

Which company do the restaurant ones?  I was hoping to get free specs with what i was doing, but no luck - you have to send them in.

Warm and sunny here in the big smoke. Off home tonight to the frozen north...

I notice no-one mentions my jokes. image

Went to Homebase to look for a friends birthday gift.

Came out with 12 strawberry plants, 2 garlic chives, and a blackcurrant "stick" for ??3... and no present for my friend! Women are so hard to shop for! Why can't they all like herb gardens?!

Also - my hearing is TOO good! The reason I can't hear is because (we think) my brain just can't process all the noises its bombarded with!

Right. I'm going to have another pottle around the garden - the sun has popped out and its lovely!
