Gg ...Wolvercroft, just into Dorset, near Fordingbridge...."super adults" i.e. pensioners get 10% off on a Monday. ( they also have a loyalty card for young-uns like you and for the other days) I am looking for heleniums or some such to split up and overwinter for one of my "new" beds. The Gc is owned and run by a family and is not large, and I like to support them as I don't want to be left with just B&Q. It was they who built my terrace. It's the sort of place where expert advice is available for free. It's always good to be able to discuss gardening stuff to get an intelligent answer or just confirmation of what you might know anyway.
Tipping down here, but if Verd has sunshine its coming our way . Do you think you could flap it a bit and hurry it up? Would be nice to salvage at least part of our BH
No sun here, still raining, never mind I've decided it's not all bad. Curled up on the sofa with a packet of choc fingers catching up on TV programmes Ive stored for weeks. It could be worse.
MrsG, you're not going to be the only one braving the weather today OH and I are popping into town We've run out of milk and I fancy a posh coffee out!
Verdun, sorry to hear your mothers slipped a bit. Hope she recovers soon ((hugs)) from me and mine
Oooo, cheese scones . . . . I need to make something cheesy too I think I'll be making cream of chook soup if any of the poorly ones fancy some later

I saw Chicky mentioned Marchants Nursery in East Sussex. We went in June. Their garden was beautiful and they had some lovely plants for sale. I forgot to put pics in the thread for that, so have just done it. http://www.gardenersworld.com/forum/talkback/gardens-we-have-visited-2014/325348-7.html
