Cameron and his Bullingdon pals often adopt estuarine english to make out we are all in it together. Osborne can talk very common when he chooses to. It's fun to watch and spot it. Bit like Prescott talking Posh. only in reverse.
KEF - on your new plants ( LOVE caryopteris btw) i wouldn't pot on - roots are not doing much at this time of year. I would keep in GH though, so the frost doesn't get to the roots. If i didn't have a GH i would sink the pots in the ground. Not sure what others think .....
