Oh Fg, I was so pleased with my plant but disappointed that it will look like a lettuce. Slugs will get a shock - expecting salad but getting main course.
Hello everyone.....let's see if I can remember everything tonight!
Chicky fab pic, looks beautiful, I love walking on the beach
Panda, LOL at your bridesmaid name....I feel, slightly like that this week but don't mind a bit
MrsGarden....grab a glass of wine, the c*** day is over and it's weekend
Yes it does look like I'm going to have a few courgettes.....feeling quite pleased with my growing efforts so far I think I need to ban all talk of Heuchera's
My bridesmaid dress is peach, it's not a bridesmaid dress in the traditional sense and is one I can wear again......if and when I ever go to a dinner dance or on a cruise (hint hint )
Right, must dash before OH tells me off, he has cooked and is currently entertaining the boys and friends (another sleepover) in the kitchen whilst they have their dinner.
Afternoon all, i am in a man sulk, never got my nap after work, daughter and grand daughter (20 months) decided to visit just as i was going for nap, house looks like a tornado has just gone through it, anyhoo's glad you enjoyed your day Lesley, is the garden show held at Ingleston?..OL did you get those three words? or did you google?
Percy, my daughter is here with husband and 3 small sons, imagine the tornado here! Tomorrow other daughter arrives with 5 yr old daughter and 3yr old son and son with 3 week baby. I may be deaf or potty by Monday! They are sweet though
Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.
Or course, it looks so easy when you have the answers
Well done Panda, what are your new babies? I had no confidence that all mine would germinate either when sowing, and I didn't thin them out when they did which is why I now have loads of plants!!
Anyway, everything in the GH is now planted apart from the Aubergines, everything to stay outside looks happy outside where it has been for the last week, so they are all going in the veg patch tomorrow.
Been to see my mum today who was quite upbeat and we are all being positive, she has a beautiful deep purple Aquilegia and is going to save me some seed pods
Not sure OL, they are either night scented stock or clarkia pulchella (snowflake). Like a twit I didn't do labels thinking I would remember what colour pot I put them in.

Glad the day went well Panda ((hugs)) - enjoy this weekend then, as Lesley says - take a Panda with you
Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
