Just been reading back a few pages... been doing Useful Jobs before going on here, otherwise I find it's suddenly got to lunch time & I haven't done the shopping so there's no food, and OH looks at me pathetically (why can't HE decide what we're eating, for a change? )
SGL and Fairy, think the current recommendation is to carry on feeding your birds all year if possible, to keep them going if the weather suddenly takes a turn for the worse. But I spend more on bird food than the total expense (including vet's bills) for my 2 cats... Help! How do I stop??
BL, think you've hit the nail on the head - babies are complicated! Wish there was a Haynes manual ("bit of a stink? Check nappy...") for new mums. And for out-of-practice grans, like me!
Since 2019 I've lived in east Clare, in the west of Ireland.
Sorry to say BL and yvie, my sons reflux lasted until he was walking (im sure in fact it was until he started school age 4)(age 2 in his case). Sick all the time. Liked the bouncy chair thingy. Never cried which was a problem in itself. memories eh? God love em.
