Just google pis SGL but its what mine looks like (and no absolutely wouldn't take its photo in summer! but will have a look if it's anywhere accidental later, for now gotta play lego with son)
Have you tried covering with wire mesh when you plant them fidget?
Or did you mean once they're out of the ground rather than bulbs?
Lots of mine have opened. They're meant to be Cream Beauty and Snow Bunting but the SBs look very white compared to the pix I've seen. Oh well - may have to move them to the beds with purples and whites etc. If I can be bothered...
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....
I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
Overheard in the garden centre today....(in Derby)
"Oh no, madam, we wont get a hard frost now, it will be fine outside....."
I've just switched the heater back on in the greenhouse. It has been up to 23C, but is now down to 11C and dropping. Clear sky here, with an odd pink cloud.
MrsGarden be careful around our parts about who has a licence to dispose of stuff ..had a few "rogues" quoting at Mum's. That's if I read you post about needing stuff disposing of correctly
I'm on cooking curry, well it is Saturday, so only had a quick read at posts.
Good evening all....well we lost but that was to be expected!! Had a lovely day thought with my 3 boys and my biggest boy (OH) has gone out drinking with his 'football friends', middle boy working and little boy at a friends, so home alone on a Saturday night
I am opening a bottle of wine very shortly and am spending the evening with music and planting plants/sowing seeds.....happy me
Glad you snowdrops arrived Lily. Didn't managed to get mine in thanks to the puncture but will get up and do them in the morning before I go out to the GC and lunch with my friend (I may have to leave my purse at home and just take lunch money!
Pots look lovely panda, i do love my crocuses (is it crocuses or croci as I have a friend that says it's croci?)
Oh Edd, wish I hadn't started now! Please don't be intrigued! Can't do photos at the mo.
Here goes : imagine a cage around each drawer. from the bottom - an upsidedown table (the base being what the drawer sits on), the 'table top' is not solid just a cross inside a square with legs pointing up, 2 More of these, the next one up forms the next base for another drawer, then a solid piece of plastic to cover the top drawer.
Shall we call it a day and forget I ever mentioned it?

Think it's crocuses Panda- but as long as we know what we mean, it doesn't make any difference!
