Dove and Lily  - just this minute moved mine ( it's in a pot) to outside my window - looks great for now. I was thinking about growing sweet peas up it, then I can leave it where it is through summer as well (it's very heavy to move but hide it away each summer!).

Hi Edd, liked your sieve suggestion for the old ironing board but OH had already thrown it out,. Now have the frames from those cheap plastic drawer things. So a square of plastic on little legs. Think this may be a of a tough one for you! (explanation not very good but hoping it's enough!).(a quick google of argos plastic drawer tower may help)

Thought I'd share some of my bulbs in pots:

Looks like I colour coded it well, yellow violas with yellow crocus growing through image

Had a great day just being outside. Ventured into the front and found a snail hotel under some rubble. Left them exposed on the off chance that a bird might fancy a go! Did a fair bit of weeding out there and planted some more . . . . snowdrops image

Enjoyed some lovely sun image Don't think I'll have a tan though image

Yup that's it Edd! Just the frames though! Already recycled drawers.

Nope, not gonna work as a propagator, all sides open. Pos as a very ugly plant support?

'Fraid so Edd! On the table bit there is a cross for support!

I like your cheery yellow crocus, Panda.image

I cant grow crocus, the squirrels eat them all.image

Fidget, make a container from thick gauge small holed wire netting and put the crocus corms in, wire the container shut  then plant the 'wire ball of crocuses' with the 'seam' underneath'.

It defeated the squirrels when I did that in the garden where I used to work.image
