Clari & Dove, I just wish the person who put spare pots in my bin would wash them first I have shelves in the shed for all my nice clean pots ready for use and some how they look a bit empty. Under gardener must be slacking
Thanks for the anniversary wishes, it's today....18 years of married bliss....but we are having the day off tomorrow and going out to make a long weekend, no point having today off and then back to work tomorrow.

Feeling for the folk without any rain. We miss it when it doesn't appear for weeks. Luckier here with clay that is nearly always damp but even we have been struggling with watering.

Well the rain has finally arrived here- sandy soil was beginning to show the effects of days without rain. Means I won't have to water tonight!!!
Its been so long since we've had rain it caught all thevparents out on the school run- yep, we all got soaked!!
Kef- love peas in pods - there are just never enough. A few pods picked this afternoon, but they were gone before they reached the kitchen.
