Evening all..... Well after an awful awful journey up to middlesborough on Thursday we have made it to Glasgow Now and white stuff forecast for tomorrow hurrah!!!!!!!! Scoured my parents garden and have fern hurrah!!!!!!!it has self set in one of mums pots so I laid claim to it!!!!!!! Hope you are all ok and keeping safe ...... Take care all x
It's pretty to look at, but unless it's deep and crisp and even I'm not keen on going out in it .... don't like slippery - I've got Yaktrax for my boots
Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
There's snow forecast for higher ground Dove ( above a few hundred metres- so not that high!) but the strip in the central belt looks like it might miss it again. Depends whereabouts Stacey's going.
I could have taken you for a trip to the nursery Stacey. How much room have you got in your car and how much is your house worth?
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....
I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
Back from son and dil. Came back early because of weather. On way there had to do detour as a tree accross the road, could have only happened by 5 mins before we got there, fortunately no cars or people involved. Went accross road and through someones garden fence, thankfully missed the house. Has poured with rain all day, hailstones and very windy. Can hear it against windows now.
Hope you are all safe and warm.
Didn't see WUM either, was it on a different thread? Hope thats not going to start again, so friendly on here at the moment.
I think the WUM may have gone Lily, I haven't seen anything thank goodness as I can't be doing with people trying to upset others. There is enough upset with the weather etc for many people at the moment without muppets
Weather sounded awful in your journey today but glad you are home safe and sound.
To all those going on the snowdrop walk tomorrow, have a lovely time and fingers crossed it stays fine for you all. I will have a wander round my front garden to admire my few snowdrops
