Ha ha Glad I made you laugh, it seemed such a ridiculous thing to have done I hoped some cheer was going to be raised. We all need a giggle sometimes and you'd have hoped I'd have had enough practice at putting socks on to manage it!

You'll all be delighted to know I'm nursing a bleeding nose after walking into a door (it moved!!) Haven't tried getting dressed yet. Wish me luck!! Who'd have thought the world was such a dangerous place.
  • Morning Clari and everybody, what are you putting in your morning cuppa image so now you have a sore nose aswell as a bad back. If it snows i think you should stay indoors!! image  Mind how you go today !

    Good morning all!

Panda, Clari, Fidget, Spike and ..............image............ any/everyone else in need of them, here's lots of ((hugs)) for youimage

I've not been for my walk yet as OH had an early start this morning - there's an early delivery and it's the first day open after the re-fit - so I've said I'll leave my walk until daylight as he doesn't want me wandering around in the dark on my own when there's no one at home to notice that I've not come home 'cos I've fallen down a rabbit hole image  but the sun's coming up now so I'll just finish my coffee and go ...... backsun image

Right, I'm back from my brisk walk - it was lovely watching the sun rising over the marshes image I wanted to get back quickly as the way home is past the primary school and I didn't want to get tangled up with Mums, children and buggies as that would slow my pace .... a quick coffee then into the shower and get the day properly started - there's a load in the machine to hang out  ....

  • Morning all.... Just finished watching great British garden revival and omg I love the stumperies.... I never knew they existed and funny enough have been looking for a tree root for the woodland garden... I already have a kind of stumpery in my garden that I love it's the bottom part of a tree we cut down and it has a great fern growing out of it . That I love it brightens up the darkest part of the top garden..... Mmmmm mind working now lol

    Good Morning all.

Good to see and hear about all new arrivals, hope the weather is kind for planters & sewers this weekend.

We will have to see if the ground dries enough to put ladder up to prune our apple tree. Not looking promising, currently too boggy to spread the weight on a plank.

Verdun you are right, such a nice forum and lovely supportive people. As Dove says it is important that your friend gets support, some people think support is purely practical help, but remind your friend that talking is often the best support.

Clari, wot you like?  Hope the injuries heal soon. I once hurt my back playing Scrabble.image

Glad you are feeling better after the fresh air Lily & Panda "you are getting there" image

Soz if I've missed any poorly folks. ...

I knew there was one! Spike glad to hear all is well with his eye.

David K, in case you are looking, hope all went well with operation.

Pleased Dove isn't down a rabbit hole image

Phew, worn out now..BFN have a good day.

Hi Stacey, I also loved the Stumpery. I knew there was a reason why I saved the trunk of my dead tree fern.

I thought of Dove when they were implanting mushroom plugs, did you decide against buying a mushroom kit?
