I've lost some too, although not sure how much, the batteries on the scales have gone and I just can't find out how to get them out - clothes are definitely feeling looser, it the only way I know.
I've been swimming again today (50 lengths) and have signed up for a 12k race on the first week of March to keep me motivated. Still not had any alcohol and just the tiniest bit of cake yesterday. Weather has cleared up a bit now so I am going to try and get something done out there now before Hip Hop and choir practice tonight.

OH turns the heat up here - despite wearing layers of thermals he feels the cold 'cos he's got no meat on him - I keep trying to fatten him up but it's me that puts the weight on just as well he's got an older OH who gets a Heating Allowance isn't it?
