  • Philippa, I love milk chocolate and anything else but not marzipan. image

  • Well, my new greenhouse arrives tomorrow. So I'm super excited, as even if the weather is rubbish I will be able to potter in there.

There is the slight drawback, that it will need building first. Will be recruiting my parents/sister to help out with childcare and building later in the week. The husband and I can't even put a tent up without a fair amount of compulsory shouting so will be needing some moral support image image

  • Fidget I laughed out loud too!!

I was naughty today I had a twix, and inside my wrapper it said I had won a free one, so I popped back to the shop on way home.... and now i've got another!!

How exciting Paddington. Hope the greenhouse build goes well. OH and I got our firstGH last year and would be lost without it. We got someone else to build it for us thoughimage.

  • We managed OK a couple of years ago but that was a cheap-as-chips polycarbonate/metal one.

I've been saving up for this one since before we moved, and is a cedar/glass one, so I l feel like there is a lot more at stake. There is already a concrete base for it to go on. I remeasured it since ordering the greenhouse and it is JUST big enough. Eeek. Slightly terrified.

Poddington so exciting...have you got OH insured? Our first GH was a plastic one small but had a window & door, that we had to erect. Divorce almost? Murder nearly?image  Hope all goes well.

Lily do you still have the Twix that you won??? imageimage

Panda, snap, M's no longer called that in this house, now Geezers. image Confuses some when I say I'm off home some Geezers waiting for me. image..if that's a Yorkshire thing I'll explain later.

Time for bed for me as well ...look someone has to hold the matress down!!  Getting in practice for holding down a sun lounger..well Spring has sprung or say they say, and practice makes perfect.

    Sleep well all.

  • KEF, that's why a 3rd party needs to be present, as the shouting is then a bit more restrained. image  Will let you know how it goes. I REALLY hope the base is big enough.

  • Yes Kef, its in my handbag, but I can't promise it will be there for much longerimage
