How awful for his family, and for him not to live his life as he should have done. My brother died when he was 21, cancer of the spine. But I'm glad you are safely home, John.

Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.

John that is so tragic. Please don't let it dampen your spirits too much, life is unfair, but you've had a successful operation and will soon be back in your garden.

Don't mean to sound cruel but you need to try and stay positive and fully recover.

Lizzie hugs for your loss even though it wasn't recent.

I only came on here to grumble about taking our trimmings down. John's story has shut me up.  Don't celebrate too soon I might be back later image
