Morning all. Looks like we're sending the stinky weather down to you all in the sarf... well, it's nice to share image

Fairly steady here for now till it all starts again later. image

Good that they've brought Mr chicky's op forward a bit chicky. Waiting's always horrible. Have you got yourself an agent yet? image

What are you putting in the tank Steve? Shark perhaps?

Lesley - I was wondering if Liri would be going home today as the ferries will be back on. Might not be great again tomorrow. It won't have been the best week she's spent here image

Off to t'mill soon so hope everyone has a decent day - stay wrapped up! image

It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

    G'morning allimage

Just been perusing the weather forecasts (a bit of an obsessionimage) .....seems like after Barney (these new names are sillyimage) come the frosts .....so I need to use that window of opportunity to get as much as I can into coldframe and GH.  A task for tomorrowimage.

today Mr C has an appointment with the rehab people - will be useful to get a handle on what he should and shouldn't be doing.

take care in the storms one and all ....

Gorgeous attention to detail in your advent calendar Pat!

Morning all, one step forward two steps back for me this week's decorating. Artexed and painted bottom part of kitchen walls to match top except there was a colour difference no matter cleaning and repainting the top. Brilliant White still looks cream on old walls so I re-artexed top walls as well and today they get another lick of paint image

No floor or wall tiling done yet and got a busy week too. Puppy sitting yesterday afternoon, hair appointment today and Vet jabs for Flynn on Wednesday, and I still need to put my cannas and banana to bed sometime today image no bulbs planted yet either image

Really need a gardening day off

    Take care everyone image

Wintersong, thanks for comment. I really don't know how you can do what you do. My no 2 daughter is clever like that but not me. Well done you.image

  • Morning all, bit of a misty wet start here but it might brighten up later, hope so, have my piles of garden waste to get into the trailer - too much for the compost heap and the recycling place is open today, very restricted hours there, blink and you miss them. image Have to be back in school shortly too and need to get some cleaning done, guests checking in tomorrow, there was I thinking we were all done for this year. image

Good news on Mr Chicky and rehab appointment sounds really useful, one thing they didn't do with my OH and I think it was much needed. He is seeing GP next week so perhaps he will have some useful information for him.

Pat, Charlie has the Lego advent every year, Star Wars this year, he loves them. I also have a string of embroidered Christmas stockings that hold a chocolate, but it was bought not made - and I'm not very good at sharing the chocolates. image

Wsong, I am always busy but am afraid I'm not very good at the hard labour you seem to be putting yourself through. Well done, but rather you than me. image

Anyway, must get cracking, have a lovely day all. image
