    Evening all. It's raining! Bit cold too.

    im not planning much today, maybe a bit of furniture moving (if Hubby is in the mood). Need to mop up dust etc under lounge chairs.

    have a good sleep all.

    Don't overdo it, Pat. You'll need to rest more, having been ill. Dust can wait.

    evening all,

    dil and gorgeous wee poppet away now, off to visit her mum next.  Poor lady has been in a care home post stroke for 9 years  dil is so caring and attentive. she is a star

    Clari  I can hardly believe all I am reading  ACAS immediately, there are no excuses

    Dove and Doc  we had lamb tonight too with a nice wee drop of red Perfect way to end the week  best of luck to Mrs P tomorrow

    Morning everyone. Have had a quiet day again - occasional showers and a bit cool. Not complaining, though we watched the first episode of the U.K. voice. My only complaint is that the 4 panelists are unable to cope with contests who have trained voices - such a shame for those people who can really sing.  I think they should get another panelist who can help them to get ahead. (Even though I like Paloma, Ricky, George and Will.) 

    For us Gardeners, Hubby has found an interesting article about some old squash seeds (800 years) in USA and they have been successfully germinated.  Interesting. If you want the reference, I'll have to do it after i send this.

    Temp dropped to 5C overnight, but up to 12.6C already this morning!  

    Today's big plan is to encourage OH to fix up a couple of bird boxes that have been waiting ... think they need to go up Now!!! image
