Dressed pheasant £3.50 each at the farm shop. I bought it to cook for Sunday but we went out instead so it's been in the slow cooker with the veg all day. Simples.
Hosta, you have a PM ((hugs))
Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
Glad you enjoyed J.Bank Rb. Just saw your pics on the other thread and the one of the multicoloured leaves is gorgeous. We are down in Cheshire now with only a few showers and hold ups. The rivers we saw are full to bursting and the one in Carlisle already had. Hope Pdoc's stream is OK.
Fairy we were listening to the radio on the way down with all the ferry cancellations. Hope Liri gets back soon. Think she's meant to get back tomorrow.
Lovely meal Dove- sausage and mash here but they were from Waitrose
Steve - love the tank. It is for fish isn't it - not lobsters?
Steve 309 I hope you're feeling less dizzy - I'll forgive you if you haven't done the ironing. (OH might not)
Best wishes to all people feeling under the weather - Wonky, Yvie, Chicky's OH and others.
Off to blow up an air bed. Hope the adaptor works.

We had last night's stir-fried veg reheated in the oven with grated cheese browned on top.
Looks like I'm in the wrong house
I love a creamy mustard sauce.Makes my spicy steaks with veg sound a bit lame
In my defence, I had to go shopping after work so it had to be something speedy
I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...

More leftovers for me too Steve.
Evening folks, that pesky real world has been in the way again.
I've been doing a little bit of underwater gardening in the new snug (or the garage as it used to be!), no occupants yet. Tank still cycling.
Steve - check out Country Market down near Lindford/Bordon .....we went the other weekend and they had the complete cast of Finding Nemo
I was in a shop of that same company at the weekend!
