Hello Chicky. Lovely memories Dove. We can open our curtains in the morning in the bedroom and get the full benefit of our sunrises - always a good way to start the day.  Chicky, I'm so glad that Hubby loves to cook, we wouldn't get any treats if it was left up to me. Hope your Hubby is going OK now. image

    Morning all.

Grim here again, high winds and rain. going a bit crazy, I want to be outside.

Have to say, I have never seen Downton. Thoroughly enjoyed Attenborough, a lot of what was shown was just like my Arctic trip.

    Have a good day.

LP, I do really believe that they might help, the evidence is fairly good. They certainly can't do any harm.

  • Morning all,

Speedy hello and I'm off again, busy day ahead. image

Did have a lovely day yesterday, jogging club had another new member, so pleased people are enjoying it and then spent the afternoon at a local nursery, came home with lots of goodies and enjoyed a lovely afternoon admiring a friends garden, looking so good in the autumn sun. image

Must dash, OH scowling at me, he needs my translation skills at the garage. Bye, bye,. image

I agree with you Fairy, poor Sebastian, I felt sorry for him the whole way through, dominated by mother and her fanatical religion.

Jeremy Irons is one of my all time favourites as well, saw him in a cowboy the other day.

I am trying to battle through some other Waugh, but nothing compares to Brideshead.
