I alway freeze the skinny milk, can only shop once a week, so freezer is a must, you do need to shake it, but only the first time, after that it's absolutely the same as if it was fresh.

Yes, you can freeze skimmed milk and semi skimmed.
Goat milk also freezes well. We used to freeze a lot when we kept goats so we had plenty for when the nannies' yield dropped.
