Topbird - nope, the weather's been lovely in Brugge/Bruges today - warm with some sunshine.  Lots of people sitting at outside tables at restaurants, us strolling the streets etc.  Just like er.... summer?

Just had yummy veggie meal and half a bottle of equally yummy rose wine so may be going off the air....

Quite like the sound of curry/risotto etc., as above...image

Watching "The Secret Life of 4 yr Olds" on C4 at the moment - absolutely fascinating. A real lesson to watch what you say & how you act around the youngest children. You really feel you can tell exactly which scenarios some of these kids have witnessed. Funny sometimes - not so at others.

Starting again on +1 in 15 mins if anybody's interested.
Heaven is ... sitting in the garden with a G&T and a cat while watching the sun go down

So, having wanted to go pink for a long time I might be regretting it, either that or it was my choice of dye . . . . it's not sticking around much image Will have another go with a different product. If it doesn't work I'll be going back to blonde image

Hmmmm.... shouldn't you be black & white, Panda?

We're off to Luxembourg tomorrow (via Luik/Liege) for a couple of days, so this station is closing down.  Have a good time everyone image

Bruges is looking lovely in the autumn sunshine Steveimage.

Loving the thought of Ma KEF in a parka imageimage

Mr Chicky is much brighter today - thanks for your thoughts.  Not exactly sure how he is, because anymore than two "how are you feeling" 's turns me into nagging wife.  So I have to use other, less traditional indicators .... and he has called me Chick a few times today (always a bad sign if he uses my "other" name), and he is now shouting at Man Utd on the TVimage.  So a little improvement every day.  We have to remember his insides have had a bit of a bashing, and be patientimage.  Not a quality he possesses in spadesimage

Meanwhile ...loved Autumnwatchimage.  Did I mention I spotted Michaela having coffee with a friend at Wisley last week?  My life hobnobbing with the starsimage

.....which also reminds me ......Chicklet has a job tutoring youngsters .....she came home horrified a few weeks ago because two of her young charges didn't know that "hob" went with "nob" to make a word or phrase.   "Can you imagine getting to the age of 11 Mum, without knowing that a hobnob was a biscuit" !!! image whoops image
