    evening all.

Best wishes to Runny and DD's other halves.

    Busy day.

    2 loads of washing done.

Fly papers in tunnel covered in cluster flies. they look like inside out garibaldi biscuits.

Removed most of the tomatoes and weeded under them. So hot in there that I had to have a shower before taking van to garage.

IT PASSED THE MOT.image just a brake light bulb which went last week.

More polytunnel duties to be done before agapanthus move in for the winter . Mercifully no frost here yet so dahlias and cannas can stay in situ for a while longer.

Hubby home on Wednesday so need to crack on tomorrow.

One day closer to the weekend guys.

    Devon.

    Hello folks!  image

DD brilliant news!  But Gertie's absolutely right - treat yourselves very gently - you've had a bit of an ordeal! ((hugs)).

I've just had a phone call from Wonky.  She says to tell you all that Matt the Plumber in Ipswich is the best thing since home baked bread - he's been working hard getting everything sorted and is still there imageimageimage  She's just making him a coffee and very soon she will have a plumbed in washing machine!

Because the plumber was there, the electrician turned up as well and they now have some electric points where they need them and a light in the sitting room!!!  What luxury!!! image

Wonky is a considerably happier woman image

I don't know what you're all getting at 9pm on BBC but Scotland are getting 'The Secret Life of Midges'. Ah well, have to see what's secret about them.  I can always feel them even if I can't always see themimageimage.
