The fish pie was marvellous, even if I do say so myself
However, as it took it out of the oven I managed to plonk the ball of my right thumb hard onto the baking tray that the pie dish was on ............. OUCH!!!!!!
I was going to wash up, but OH is doing it ....... poorly me

The fire works have just started, puppy is not at all happy.
Pauline: I'll book us in for diabetes testing for next week right? Thank goodness we don't need to drink all the Christmas alcohol I've got enough mulled wine here to drown a pony.

I've got 3 large tubes of pink smarties (coz that's what I am, according to OH!) and a choc orange
I also have Cherry Vodka, plain vodka, tonic, advocat, lemonade (hello snowballs!), and some other booze, if anyone needs a drink prob also some squash and coke, tea and coffee for those that don't drink
