DD, hope all goes well for your OH. I know how scary it can be, my hubby has had several scares( prob. found and treated) and is fine now, hugs to you.
DD, have a good day out.
Hosta....naughty, naughty, I use sun screen AND still had skin cancer..2 ops later and 10 yrs of reg.check ups and all is good....but I am extra careful now....and I love heat!!
Pat, take care and don't overdo it, how is HRH?. Boy George has replaced Sir Tom and Paloma Faith has taken Rita's seat on the Voice.
Hello to everyone not mentioned, hope you all have a good day x
It may have been me asking Dove about Snow in a PM that started that one off. So please don't be short with Dove, Verdun, it wasn't thoughtless of her to ask. Snow isn't a new poster and I thought I recognised some previous posts, but didn't associate them with the name. I remember when posters changed their names for occasions like Christmas and I found it very confusing, but that isn't the case here. I just didn't want to put my foot in anything having been away a bit recently.
Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.
You're joking - Boy George instead of my Tom and ok, Paloma Is all right, but I want Rita, boo hoo.
Flowers, HRH is back to normal. She does this periodically and we don't know what sets her off. We (poodle and I) have lazed around all day today because it was stinking hot outside.
Good to hear that HRH is OK and that you are both taking it easy today...0oooooh for some heat , me and my joints could do with some, and we have the heating on ( not on full). Roll on spring!!
No comparison between Sir Tom and 'Boy' at all, but I do like Paloma and think that all her songs are beautiful.
Dove I'm sure you didn't mean to upset anyone, sometimes just plain curiosity is aroused, I am often left wondering what I've missed, especially when there are lots of nods and winks, you just don't think it could be any more sinister than an in-joke and see no harm in asking. If the poster wanted to be seriously anonymous they would have set up a new profile.
Had some bad news about OH though, whatever he went in with has got more serious overnight, he is now absolutely not allowed to get out of bed and they are arranging a move to a bigger hospital in Limoges to see a heart specialist. Whatever they measured that worried them yesterday (something to do with blood) was at 40 on arrival, 60 later in the day and is now 600. Scary thing is they told him 200 was serious yesterday and not to worry about 40 or 60. He says he feels fine though and not to worry as they are saying it is all treatable with medication and medical intervention. They are just not saying what yet, or that they don't know. Obviously we are both very worried and I'm just glad he is in the right place, they do seem to be doing every test they can and he is confident they will sort it out. Thanks for all the hugs again, need them right now.

DD, so sorry to hear that your OH is still having problems, I'm sure all will be well as he's in the best place. How far away is the new hospital? Take care of yourself too as the worry on top of any extra travelling will no doubt take its toll on you , and you will need to be fit for his return home. Love to you both x
Dove, I didn't think you upset anyone, you only asked a question x I was wondering yesterday too. Then I thought I had worked it out, but maybe wrong.
DD, so sorry to hear that OH isn't able to come home now, hope everything goes well for your OH. Sending big hugs and very best wishes for speedy recovery. Take care, lots of love x

DD, that's even more than a shock. I imagine you're really frightened and all I can do from here is send an extra ((hug)) xx
